1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Website Designing Services

• Before Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel your order before the project has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After Project Commencement: If the project has already started, cancellations will be subject to charges for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

1.2 SEO Services

• Monthly SEO Packages: You may cancel your SEO package at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. No partial refunds will be issued for services already provided.
• Annual SEO Packages: If you choose to cancel an annual package, the refund will be prorated based on the number of months remaining, minus any discounts provided for the annual commitment.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Website Designing Services

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the project is canceled before commencement as mentioned above.
• Partial Refund: If the project is canceled after commencement but before completion, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed and resources utilized up to the date of cancellation.

2.2 SEO Services

• Monthly SEO Packages: No refunds will be issued for monthly SEO packages as these are prepaid services. You will continue to receive services until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual SEO Packages: A prorated refund will be provided for annual packages canceled before the end of the term, minus any discounts provided and services rendered.

3. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

• Custom services specifically designed for your business.
• Add-on services that have been fully delivered.
• Delays caused by client inaction or non-responsiveness.
